Terms and Conditions

All quotations given as valid for 14 days from date given. if additional works are required then an revised quotation
will need to be agreed by Unique AVS and yourself prior to work commencing.

An agreed deposit is required from customer on accepting a quotation, this will enable the ordering of equipment required for the project. The deposit amount will be stated in the quotation.

Upon completion of all agreed works the remaining balance is to be made by the customer before us leaving site unless pre agreed in writing.

Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card, bank transfer. Cash will be accepted if pre agreed. We do not accept cheques.

If a cancellation is required a minimum of 5 day notice is required. A full refund of deposit will be paid minus a £20 handling fee. if the customer requests to cancel with 5 days of works commencing date further deductions from deposit may be made.

Unique AVS will not be held liable for the damage and loss of service of any equipment due to customer misuse, neglect or malicious acts, or the failure or damage of equipment due to fire, flood/storm damage.

Unique AVS shall not be held liable for loss of services from external providers such as Broadband, cellular mobile signal, additional subscription services or terrestrial/satellite line of sight failure due to external factors i.e tree lines and buildings.

A 12 month warranty is given on all installation works and equipment provided directly by Unique AVS. Some equipments carry an extended warranty period and will be stated at time of quotation. Any works required after the initial warranty period are subject to a £75 per each call out.
